We are proud and excited to announce the appointment of Barry Davison in the role of Employer Partnerships Manager. In this newly created role, Barry will be responsible for supporting our employer clients with assessment design and delivery, assessor training and early talent learning and development. Barry has worked with Smart Resourcing Solutions as an Associate Consultant since November 2017. Prior to that, Barry worked in a variety of HR roles at the John Lewis Partnership.
