ASSESSMENT DESIGN

We design exercises to test the requirements for your vacancies, refresh or design scheme content and train managers on recruitment techniques. We work closely with our Occupational Psychologist to validate materials and ensure they are fit for purpose to give you added peace of mind.

“We introduced and designed a telephone interview script to support the Retail Management Graduate Programme for Marks and Spencer in 2015, delivering a combination of 500 telephone and video interviews to identify the most effective method.
