Smart Resourcing Solutions have partnered with Manchester Metropolitan University for the last three years on the AGR and CIPD award recognised Synergy employability module.

The module sees hundreds of students undertake a series of employability workshops culminating in the attendance at a scaled assessment simulation at the Etihad Stadium. The students complete a group exercise, presentation and interview which is bespoke to their field of study and assessed to employer benchmarks.

The university commissioned a video of the most recent assessment simulation to showcase the event.

We are delighted that the university has confirmed the renewal of the partnership with Smart Resourcing Solutions for Synergy 2017, due to be delivered in Autumn.
