Digital assessment centres
Help your students navigate graduate recruitment with online assessment centres that replicate employers’ real life recruitment processes. Exercises and materials are designed to increase confidence and knowledge. All pre-work is submitted digitally. Students use our bespoke digital assessment software, assess.digital, to connect with professional assessors and deliver interviews and presentations via video conference. Participating students will be eligible for a Level 3 AQA accreditation in employability skills.
Collaborative digital assessment centres
Give your students all of the benefits of a digital assessment centre experience with a more limited budget. Several universities can take part, sharing the materials and the overall cost. Your students will get to participate in exercises alongside students from different regions, universities and schools.
With a broad selection of online courses written by graduate recruitment experts, your students can learn everything from how to write a graduate scheme application to how to make an impact in a team exercise. Students can complete the courses at their own pace or by deadlines set by you.

Our workshops are a cost-effective option that show you how to deliver your own digital assessment centre experience to improve the confidence and knowledge of your students. They can be delivered to careers teams and/or academics.
