SRS deliver Assessment Centre simulation for University of Leeds Widening Participation students

Our Assessment Centre simulation with University of Leeds Widening Participation students in March was a huge success. It was great to see the students develop and increase in confidence over the course of the day.

The students all took part in a group exercise, a group presentation, and a 1:1 interview. For each exercise, students received individual typed feedback reports. Students also received one to one coaching sessions with professional assessors, where they were given verbal feedback and insightful application tips.

On completion of the Assessment Centre event, 100% of students said they would recommend taking part to other students.
