We are delighted to introduce two new members to the Smart Resourcing Solutions team in support of recent business growth.

Within our busy office operation, the marvelous Rachael Cook joins us as Office Manager. Rachael is super organised and a whizz with all things Microsoft. Rachael will carry out a variety of administration activities and be the first point of contact for all enquiries.

Demand has grown in the apprenticeship market and clients are keen for us to provide them with advice, selection design and assessment materials. We have appointed Paul Roberts as Associate Consultant – Apprenticeships.

Paul has experience of designing, recruiting, selecting, inducting, developing, and retaining graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes across multiple disciplines with great success. Paul has a great deal of knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy, having prepared a large and complex group of businesses for the introduction of the Levy and how to gain the best strategic outcomes. Paul was listed as one of the Top 30 (number 2!) people to know in Apprenticeship Recruitment in 2016 and has debated the benefits of apprenticeships at the European Parliament in Brussels.
