After four enjoyable and productive years as co-founder and director at Smart Resourcing Solutions, it is Simon’s last day as he moves on to new challenges. Simon has been involved in creating and delivering some exciting projects along with working with a group of talented people and helping many students achieve their first graduate role.

Smart Resourcing Solutions will continue to thrive under the already trusted hands of Sophie Milliken and our team of experienced associates.

Simon says: “I am incredibly proud of what the company has achieved to date and wish Sophie and the team every success for the future. Sophie is looking forward to continuing the great relationships we have developed with our clients.”

Sophie adds: “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Simon whilst we have grown and developed the business together.
