Welcome to your assessment centre materials. The information below will help you to prepare for your assessment centre.
All materials will also be available in your digital assessment centre welcome email.
Interview

Select one of the job descriptions for your interview, and be prepared to share with your assessor which one you have chosen at the start of your interview. The assessor will be base your interview on your chosen job description.
The interview candidate brief explains how the interview will take place.
Presentation
You should prepare a presentation in advance of the assessment centre. Prepare your presentation in response to the presentation brief.
You can use PowerPoint to support your presentation. The assessor will invite you to share your screen when it’s your turn to present. Please ensure your PowerPoint is downloaded to the desktop of the device you will be using on the day of the assessment centre.
Group Exercise
All materials for your group exercise will be provided to you on the day of the digital assessment centre. No pre-work is required for your group exercise.
