Digital Assessment Centre - E-Tray Exercise
Welcome to your e-tray exercise! The preparation time for your e-tray exercise will last 40 minutes.
Watch the short video below which talks you through the e-tray exercise so you know how to proceed.
Instructions
During this exercise, you will work individually to prepare for a meeting with the assessor.
You will complete this exercise from the perspective of Alex Sung. Alex is a Graduate Management Trainee at Unilever.
There are a number of outstanding items that require your attention, which are included in the candidate brief in your schedule (please note, the candidate brief will not appear in your schedule until your exercise start time and you may need to refresh your page). During this preparation time (40 minutes), you should review the information provided, decide what actions to take for each of them and when, and complete the daily planners which are included in your candidate brief.
After 40 minutes of preparation time, your meeting with the assessor will begin. Please check the time of your ‘e-tray presentation’ on your schedule in assess.digital. At this time, you will need to click the ‘start exercise’ button to join the virtual meeting room with the assessor.
Please do not be late for your e-tray presentation with the assessor. If you are late you may miss your slot.
In this meeting, you will present your decisions for each of the items and share your daily planners (included in the candidate brief).
Candidate brief
The candidate brief is available to view via your schedule on assess.digital, under the ‘e-tray preparation’ exercise slot.
If you cannot see the candidate brief on your schedule at the start of your e-tray preparation time, please refresh your browser and it will appear.
