SRS gives overseas universities the opportunity to run a digital assessment centre for free.

We help students prepare for the competitive reality of the graduate recruitment process by recreating an employer’s digital assessment centre. Our award-winning assessment centre simulations have been delivered to over 30,000 students from 30 UK universities, increasing student confidence levels by as much as 64%. We want to use our expertise to support the graduate employability agenda on a global scale and are giving overseas universities an amazing opportunity to run a free digital assessment centre.

Our very own bespoke digital assessment platform ensures a seamless student experience both before, during and after the event. We begin by preliminary emails and welcome videos to ensure that students have all the technical support, top tips and time they need to prepare. The assessment centre itself takes place over half a day where our team of professional assessors will assess students in a group task, presentation and a 1-1 interview. These exercises will be based on pre-existing materials for a graduate role with an internationally renowned firm. The following day, they will receive personalised digital feedback highlighting what they did well and what they could do better in each of these areas.

We will organise and facilitate the whole event for one university from each country. All we require is the chance to share their feedback in a case study and testimonial with other universities.
