We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to your upcoming digital assessment centre.

This page has been designed to support you in the lead up to the assessment centre and answer any questions you may have.


I can’t find my assessment platform login details.

You will receive an email the week before your assessment centre with your login details and instructions for the digital assessment platform, assess.digital. Please change your password and refer to the login instructions included in your welcome email. Please note, you will have access to the platform to update your details before the assessment centre but you won’t be able to view your schedule until the day of the assessment centre.

Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received your login details. If you still can’t locate them, email enquiries@smart-resourcing-solutions.com.

I’ve forgotten my password for the assessment platform.

You can reset your password by clicking HERE. Use the email address you used to register for the digital assessment centre to log in.

I don’t have the Zoom links for my digital assessment centre.

All of the Zoom links for the digital assessment centre are available when you log in to the assessment platform. Please note, you will not be able to view your schedule with the Zoom links until the day of the assessment centre.

What day/time am I attending the digital assessment centre?

Your welcome email confirms the date and the session you are attending.

Do I have to prepare anything ahead of the digital assessment centre?

  • There is an invitation to complete a pre-assessment centre survey in your welcome email.

  • Prepare for the interview by reviewing the job description included in your welcome email.

If you can’t locate your welcome email, please check your junk/spam folder or search for emails from the sender enquiries@smart-resourcing-solutions.com. You will also receive an email with some top tips for each exercise at the digital assessment centre to help you prepare.

What type of adjustments are available?

If you have a learning agreement or a disability you would like to make us aware of, please email us at enquiries@smart-resourcing-solutions.com so we can support you. Please get in touch with us if you believe you will need support on the day so we have time to arrange this for you.

Under GDPR regulations we require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data. Following your email, we will respond with a further email asking you to confirm your consent to this processing.

I don’t have access to the technology required for the digital assessment centre.

The platforms you will use for the digital assessment centre can all be accessed via Chrome on a PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. If you are planning to use a mobile phone to access the platform and Zoom video conferencing please email enquiries@smart-resourcing-solutions.com so we can confirm arrangements on how to adapt your approach for the assessment centre.

If you don’t have access to the technology required, you are experiencing tech issues, or you have limited data, we can make alternative arrangements. Please email us at enquiries@smart-resourcing-solutions.com ahead of the digital assessment centre so we can understand your individual circumstances and support you.

I’m worried about technical issues on the day.

To help with your preparations, we highly recommend using the latest version of the Chrome Browser on your chosen device and not your default browser. Please make sure it is up to date to ensure a smooth experience. We also recommend downloading the Zoom app to your chosen device to make the process easier for you.

Check your microphone and camera are working - this is the most common technical issue on the day. You can also view troubleshooting advice for using Zoom HERE. If your camera or microphone isn’t working after troubleshooting, please send an email to enquiries@smart-resourcing-solutions.com before the assessment centre so we can help you resolve this.

Can I reschedule to a different session?

You should attend on the session you have been assigned. If you have exceptional circumstances that require you to change your session, please email us at enquiries@smart-resourcing-solutions.com and we will do our best to support your schedule change.

When do I get my feedback from the digital assessment centre?

You will receive your feedback report within one working day of completing the assessment centre.
