Materials for Your Assessment Centre
Welcome to your assessment centre materials. The information below will help you to prepare for your assessment centre.
All materials will also be available on your modules page and are included in your ACE welcome email.

Interview
Select the job description from the entrepreneur profile for your interview, and be prepared to share with your assessor which one you have chosen at the start of your interview.
The assessor will base your interview on your chosen job description.
Presentation
You should prepare a presentation in advance of the assessment centre. Prepare your presentation in response to the presentation brief.
You can use PowerPoint to support your presentation. The assessor will invite you to share your screen when it’s your turn to present. Please ensure your PowerPoint is downloaded to the desktop of the device you will be using on the day of the assessment centre.
Entrepreneur presentation topics:
Present your business plan for a new idea, product or service to include business goals and how you plan to make a profit.
Think about how you will market your business and appeal to your customers.
How will you fund and organise your business?
What are the best resources and tools to help entrepreneurs set up their first business? When and how can they be used most effectively?
Identify an entrepreneur who inspires you and explain why.
Present the highlights of their career journey and what you can learn from them
Group Exercise
All materials for your group exercise will be provided to you on the day of the digital assessment centre. No pre-work is required for your group exercise.
