It’s Valentine’s Day and at Smart Resourcing Solutions, we’ve been reflecting on how much we love our clients! We are so lucky to work with such a lovely bunch and feel proud to have developed relationships with our clients where we can support (and constructively challenge at times) to provide a personal and outstanding service that really delivers.
You may have seen in our recent news that we have been shortlisted in the North East Business Awards in the Service category? That was a really exciting moment for us as we felt it was a great acknowledgement of the service we provide.
The loving is mutual as 100% of our clients say they would work with us again and recommend us to other organisations. How nice is that?
So what do we do that is so special? It is really is simple. We live our values:

Individual – all of the work we create and deliver is bespoke to each client. This allows us to really understand the brief and tailor a solution to the organisation and the budget.
Approachable – we love feedback and work in partnership with clients to ensure that what we create and deliver is fit for purpose. Our approach means that our relationship with clients is collaborative and a true partnership.
Positive – Unless you caught Sophie when she had “the worst cold ever” you will only ever hear about the positive and upbeat nature of all our people. Positivity is infectious and we like to spread this when we are about and about meeting clients.
